展位规格和收费标准
（一）展位 1、特装展位。展位仅提供光地，不提供任何展具。可由参展厂商自行搭建展台，但展台不得超过规定展位面积和限制高度。另外，搭建管理费、特装电源费、布展证另行收费。 2、标准展位。每个展位配有三面展板、全铺地毯、一张问询桌、两把折椅、二盏射灯、一只500W电源插座、一块公司名称楣板。如有特殊要求需另行收费，详细内容请参见《第十届上海社会公共安全产品国际博览会参展须知》第三部分《展会现场租赁价目表》。 （二）特装展位限高 1、序馆、中央大厅限高 2、东、西平台限高 3、东一馆一、二层、西一馆二层限高 技术交流 本届展会的展品将在上海展览中心序馆（特装）、中央大厅（特装）、东、西平台（特装、标准展位）、东一馆一、二层（特装、标准展位）、西一馆二层（特装、标准展位）等展区展出。
（一）展会服务 1、办证。 （1）工作证。供现场工作人员使用。每位工作人员发放1张工作证。 （2）参展证。供参展厂商进馆使用。每个标准展位发放3张参展证。 （3）布展证。供搭建人员进入展馆进行布展、撤展使用。布展证由上海展览中心制发，每张20元。 （4）停车证。 1布展临时停车。在布展期间（5月11-12日），凡参展厂商有面包车进出上海展览中心的应办理《临时停车证》。请在 2展会停车证。上海展览中心机动车停车费为20元/次。为节省参展厂商停车开支，并方便车辆进出上海展览中心，经组委会办公室与上展中心协商，在5月13 -15日展会期间，参展厂商车辆凭《停车证》进出上海展览中心。每张《停车证》为60元，由组委会办公室代发。 2、标准展位搭建。 3、特装展位搭建延时服务。 需要延时服务的特装展位搭建单位，请认真填写《参展厂商加班搭建展位申请书》（附件2），并在 4、午餐。组委会向参展厂商免费提供午餐。1-2个标准展位每天2张《午餐券》，4-7个标准展位每天3张《午餐券》，8个标准展位以上的每天4张《午餐券》。 5、免费赠送《第十届上海社会公共安全产品国际博览会会刊》。 6、展馆公共部位清洁服务。 7、安全服务（特殊安全服务除外）。 （二）广告服务 1、《第十届上海社会公共安全产品国际博览会刊》广告。《会刊》（彩色，大16开本）将印发10000册。《会刊》广告价格如下：

V. Procedures for Participation 1. If you’d like to exhibit your products, please Shanghai Security Alarm Association, or visit the home page of this website "Exhibition Section"and check Exhibition Pavilion Navigation and select the booth in the column of "The Tenth Shanghai Security Exhibition Pavilion Navigation". After determining the booth, please fill out the "Participation Receipt Form" (available in the "Exhibition Section" page to download "Participation Receipt Form") and stamp official seals before faxing to the organizing committee office. 2. The exhibitors, after receiving the exhibition contract with the official seal of the organizer,should pay 30% of the booth fee for booth deposit within 10 working days, and the remaining 70% of the booth fee shall be paid prior to March 31, 2010. 3. The organizing committee office will inform the exhibitors of such issues as reporting arrival, preparation in writing, or by e-mail.
